1.General
Website. A. (hereinafter: “the Website”), is the official website ofAhuzat Yarden Hotel (hereinafter: “the Hotel”). Booking accommodation atthe hotelis possible through this website, or by calling 04-6802323.
B. Anyone entering the site and/or anyone ordering and/or interested in booking accommodation through this site (hereinafter: “the user/purchaser/booker”), declares that he has read these regulations, fully understood what is stated therein and that he agrees to all its instructions and conditions, and that he and/or anyone acting on his behalf will have no claim and/or demand and/or claim, directly and/or indirectly, against the Hoteland/or any of its owners and/or any of its employees and/or anyone on their behalf and/or any of the site operators
C. The User may use this Website solely for the purpose of ordering and purchasing services and/or receiving information. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that it is forbidden to make any use of the Site, except as specified in these Regulations and that the Hotel reserves all its rights in this matter. It is clarified that illegal use of this Website and/or the information appearing therein violates copyright or other laws related to it.
D. Anyone booking accommodation through this website will be required to enter his personal details, including ID number / passport number and credit card number.
E. A user interested in purchasing services through the site will be required to enter details as required on the site (hereinafter: “purchase details”).
F. The Hoteland/or anyone acting on its behalf are not responsible, directly or indirectly, in the event that the details of the purchase were not recorded in the system and/or for any technical and/or other problem that prevents the User from purchasing services through the Site.
G. The Hotel and/or the owners of the Site and/or any of its operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or any of its employees and/or anyone on their behalf shall not be liable for an error made by the User in typing the details of the purchase, including, but not limited to, an error in choosing the vacation package, date, number of beds, number of rooms, meals and any other service ordered by the User through the Site and the User hereby declares that he will have no claim and/or claim and/or Requirement in this regard.
H. It is hereby clarified that entering false purchase details is a criminal offense and that the Hotel will be entitled to take all measures at its disposal under any law against those submitting false details, including tort claims for damages that may be caused to the Site, its operators and/or anyone on their behalf.
I. Credit card details entered on the site are for the purpose of maintaining the reservation / security
Payment will be made in full upon arrival at the hotel by cash/credit card (check payment is not possible).
When completing the online ordering procedure, the buyer will receive an automatic e-mail confirming the placement of the order, including the order number.
- Reservation of Rights
A. All rights on the site are reserved exclusively to Ahuzat Yarden Hoteland the trademarks displayed on the site belong to the hotel. The information appearing on this website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold or altered without the prior written permission of the Hotel except in cases of downloading information for personal and non-commercial use.
B. The Hotel is entitled, at its sole discretion and without notice, to change from time to time these Terms of Use, the terms of use of the site, the structure of the site, its content, its appearance, including the scope and availability of the services offered therein, and any other aspect related to the site and its operation. The aforementioned changes will take effect from the date of their publication on the site, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
C. The Hotel is entitled to cancel or change the terms of acceptance of reservations, as well as all prices published on the Site at any time and to the User, including after the reservation has been made, and the User will have no claim and/or claim and/or demand against the Hotel in this matter.
D. The site is intended for reservations by private customers, each room must be booked with the details of the guests who will stay in the room: last name, first name, identification number and credit card number.
E. The Hotel may refuse to approve the reservation request for any reason, at its sole discretion and without the need for explanations and the User will have no claim and/or claim and/or demand against the Hotel in this matter.

- Terms and Conditions
A. The prices on the website are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT.
Israeli citizens who order on the site in a language other than Hebrew will also be charged additional VAT
At the time of payment upon arrival.
B. The Hotel may change the terms of these Terms and Conditions at any time, including the receipt of reservations and the prices of accommodation.
C. Entry time to the rooms on weekdays at 15:00, on Saturday and holiday eve at 19:00 or two hours after Shabbat.
Check-out time on weekdays at 11:00, Saturday and holiday eve at 14:00 .
D. Infant – anyone up to 2 years of age. Child – Anyone between the ages of 2and 12 years.
E. Reservations will be made only for adults over the age of 18. Children and youth under the age of 18 can only be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
F. The pictures on the site are for illustration purposes only and do not bind the hotel.
