All year round up to 48 hours before arrival – free cancellation,
Less than that, we will charge a cancellation fee of the first night, per room, according to the room type booked.
Order cancellation / modification
Procedures for changing and canceling orders made through the homepage:
Order Change:
Modification of the reservation cannot be made directly on site. A guest who has made a reservation and wishes to change it
Will do so via email[email protected], any modification to reservation is subject to room availability,
Hotel reservation and cancellation policy and written confirmation from the reservation center.
Cancellation of an order:
Conditional on the cancellation policy as defined in the site’s regulations.

Limitation of Liability
A. The Hotel and/or the Site operators and/or its owners and/or managers and/or employees and/or any of them or on their behalf, shall not bear any responsibility for the server through which the Site works, including that the said server will be free of viruses and/or other components that may damage the User’s personal computer while browsing the Site and/or purchasing services through the Site and/or any other use of the Site and the User shall have no claim and/or claim and/or demand against The Hotel and/or any of the Site operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or employees and/or anyone on their behalf in connection with such injuries.
B. The Hotel is not responsible for damage of any kind whatsoever caused as a result of failure and/or delay of any kind or type, which will be caused as a result of using the Site and/or attempting to use as aforesaid, including the Hotel and/or anyone acting on its behalf in connection with the aforesaid.
C. The Hotel is not responsible for any illegal activity carried out, insofar as it is carried out, by any of the users of the site and/or any other party over which it has no control.
D. The Hotel has the right to prevent or terminate the access of any user to any part of the Site and the User shall have no claim and/or claim and/or demand against the Hotel in this matter.
E. The Hotel and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be responsible for the content and nature of the information displayed and published on the Site and on behalf of the Hotel, with regard to information originating from any third parties, including advertisements, and the User shall have no claim and/or claim and/or demand against the Hotel and/or anyone acting on its behalf as a result. F. All images displayed on the Site are for illustration purposes only – since the images are displayed on the User’s computer screen and/or printed by the User from the computer screen, There may be differences and changes between the appearance of the products in the picture and their appearance in reality.
F. With these Terms of Use and/or the Website having a unique local jurisdiction, any dispute and/or dispute in connection with it, if and when it arises, will be clarified in Israel, according to the laws of the State of Israel only and in the competent court in the city of Kiryat Shmona only.
Information security and privacy protection:
A. The Hotel undertakes not to transfer the customer’s payment method details to a third party.
B. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Hotel shall be entitled to transfer the User’s details to a third party in the event that the User has committed an act/omission that harms and/or may harm the Hotel and/or third parties, the User has used the Hotel’s services for illegal execution and/or if the Hotel has received a judicial order instructing the User to provide the User’s details to a third party as well as in any dispute or legal proceedings.
